1. Who we are

CGSports (this website) is run by CG Sports Group ("we", "us"). You can reach us at CustomerService@CGSportsGroup.com or through the Support form.

2. Accepting these Terms

To create an account or enter a beta code you must tick the box "I am of legal age and accept the Terms of Service". By ticking it, and by using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. When you create an account, we record when you accepted and which version of these Terms you accepted.

3. Legal age

You must be of legal gambling age where you live: 21 in most US states; 19 in most Canadian provinces; 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you are. Do not use the site if you are under that age.

4. What the site is: education and entertainment only

The site publishes sports picks, statistical model outputs, betting lines from public sources and commentary, for education and entertainment.
We do not take bets, hold anyone's money, or act as a sportsbook. We do not place bets for you.
Nothing on the site is financial, investment or betting advice.

5. No guarantees

Picks and model outputs are opinions and estimates. They are not promises about any result.
Sports results are uncertain. Past results do not predict future results.
Where the site shows a record of past picks, it is the record as graded. We make no claim about win rates or profit beyond what that record shows.
You alone decide whether to bet, and you are responsible for every bet you place. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

6. Your account

An account is for one person. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account.
To protect accounts we record the IP address of each sign-in. If a sign-in to your account is attempted from a fourth different IP address while sign-ins from three other addresses are still active, the account is locked automatically and new sign-ins are refused. Support reviews locked accounts by hand; contact support to ask for a review.
Keep your password private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

7. Paid plans

If we offer paid plans, the price and what it includes are shown on the Pricing page before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not see or store your card number. Refunds: Nothing is sold during the free preview, so there is nothing to refund. Refund terms will be posted here before any paid plan goes on sale. Please contact support about any billing problem before disputing a charge with your bank.

8. Things you must not do

Share your account or sign-in details.
Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content from the site.
Try to get around the site's security, the age check or the account protections.
Copy, resell or redistribute the site's picks or content without our written permission.
Use the site for anything illegal where you are.

9. Content ownership

The site's content, software and branding belong to CG Sports Group or its licensors. You may not copy or republish them without written permission.

10. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, shares access, tries to get around security, or acts fraudulently or abusively.

11. No warranty and limits on liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any betting losses, or for indirect or consequential losses, from using the site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

13. Changes to these Terms

When these Terms change, we post the new version here with a new version date. Your account records the version you accepted.
